Join Pack Performance PT and the Manchester Running Club for a weekly strength class with Dr. Matt Sundays at 8a at On Pointe Fitness in Glastonbury! In this class, we'll be working on running specific strength training to improve running performance, reduce injury risk, and keep your body feeling healthy come race day!

This class is open to all with no prior weight training experience required. As a physical therapist and strength coach, Dr. Matt is able to expertly modify the workout to any ability level and injury history.
