We take a fitness forward approach to our treatment and keep you training while you recover.

  • We tailor the assessment to the movements that are causing you pain - deadlifts, squats, pull-ups - not a generic exam. You'll leave your initial evaluation with a full understanding of why you're in pain and what we're going to do to fix it.
  • You'll never hear us tell you to stop going to the gym. We work with your coach and help modify programming appropriately so you never has to miss a class or or training session. 
  • We use manual therapy like dry needling, joint manipulation and mobilizations to reduce pain quickly in order for you to get moving. Our goal is to get you off the table and back into the gym ASAP!
  • Have questions or need a tweak to your program in between sessions? You can message Dr. Matt directly through a secure platform for program updates or training modifications.
